Job summary

  • Maintain timely documentation and communicate caseload status with management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Role Overview

The Physical Therapist, Early Intervention, provides specialized services to children aged birth to three, including assessment, treatment, program planning, documentation, and communication with families and team members.

Key Responsibilities
