Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred or Master’s in Physical Therapy.
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligibility).
• Minimum of 1 year outpatient clinical experience.
• Strong orthopedic experience preferred.
• Interest in vestibular, balance, or geriatric rehab (training available).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
• Develop individualized evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver hands-on outpatient rehabilitation services.
• Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs, balance, and fall prevention.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Complete timely documentation using the PROMPT EMR system.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
• Help establish a trusted reputation within the Pearland community through outstanding patient care.

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000–$110,000 annually (Salary-based, not productivity or visit-based)

• Up to $3,000 annual performance incentive

• 10 days of PTO annually

What You'll Treat

The clinic primarily serves adults and older adults (ages 12+) with a diverse outpatient caseload including:

• Orthopedic injuries

• Post-operative rehabilitation

• Balance and vestibular disorders

• Neurological conditions

• Chronic pain

• Mobility and strength deficits

• Fall prevention

• Pelvic health (not required - interest welcomed; training available)

What You'll Do
