Connectly Recruiting in Pearland, TX is seeking a Physical Therapist (DPT preferred) for a brand-new outpatient clinic. You will evaluate, treat, and educate adults with orthopedic, balance, vestibular, and neurological conditions, with a focus on evidence-based care and meaningful patient relationships.

Formación

• DPT preferred or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain.
• Minimum 1 year outpatient clinical experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
• Develop individualized evidence‑based treatment plans.
• Deliver hands‑on outpatient rehabilitation services.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, balance, and fall prevention.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Complete timely documentation using the PROMPT EMR system.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits

What You'll Treat

The clinic primarily serves adults and older adults (ages 12+) with a diverse outpatient caseload including:

• Orthopedic injuries

• Post-operative rehabilitation

• Balance and vestibular disorders

• Neurological conditions

• Chronic pain

• Mobility and strength deficits

• Fall prevention

• Pelvic health (not required - interest welcomed; training available)

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT preferred) or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Active Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient clinical experience preferred

• Strong orthopedic experience preferred

• Interest in vestibular, balance, or geriatric rehabilitation (training available)

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
