Job summary

Interim HealthCare of Madison is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide services across post-acute and inpatient settings. You will evaluate patients and design tailored treatment plans to improve strength, balance, mobility, and independence.

Responsibilities include conducting interventions such as exercise, gait training, and manual therapy, documenting progress, and collaborating with care teams. CPR-certified clinicians who communicate well and adapt to various facilities are encouraged to

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active PT license in Wisconsin (WI).
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience (SNF/ALF/acute care/rehab).
• CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in post-acute and inpatient care settings.
