Job summary

Interim HealthCare Staffing seeks a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide per-diem, contract, or part-time services in Madison and surrounding facilities. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and help regain mobility in post-acute and inpatient settings.

Flexible scheduling and diverse shift options are available, including night, weekend, and holiday coverage. A WI PT license and CPR certification are required, with at least one year of clinical experience in SNF/ALF/acute

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active WI PT license.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience (SNF/ALF/acute care).
• CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross).
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in post-acute and inpatient care settings.
• Conduct evaluations and develop customized treatment plans.
• Help patients regain strength, balance, mobility, and independence.
• Perform therapeutic interventions (exercise, gait training, manual therapy).
• Document progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with care teams to drive patient recovery.
• Educate patients, families, and facility staff on mobility and safety.
