Job summary

Lifepoint Rehabilitation at Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to assess patients, develop treatment plans, and help restore mobility. You will provide direct patient care, educate patients on home exercises, and document outcomes to support discharge planning.

The role requires graduation from an accredited PT program, current PT license, and CPR certification; prior rehab experience is a plus.
