Job summary

Amergis is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant for travel assignments in Elk Grove, CA. Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will deliver treatment, implement Plan of Care, and document progress per facility protocols.

The Physical Therapy Assistant provides physical therapy services including treatment, implementation and documentation under the direction of the Physical Therapist and in accordance with the physician’s plan of care.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice

• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy Assistant

• One (1) year of prior professional Physical Therapy Assistant experience preferred

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
