Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our facility-based rehab team. You will assess patient needs, design individualized recovery plans, and deliver high-quality physical therapy to adults in various care settings.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, education for patients and caregivers, and commitment to improving mobility and independence for our diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• The qualifying PT degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent.

Qualifications

• 1. They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
• 2. They must have a Master‘s degree in Physical Therapy; or
• 3. They must have a Master‘s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor‘s degree in Physical Therapy; or
• 4. They must have a Bachelor‘s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• 5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Posted Salary Range: USD $44.00 - USD $50.00 /Hr.
