Job summary

Powerback is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-facility rehabilitation services. You will assess patients, design recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to help restoring mobility and function.

You will also teach patients and caregivers, tailor programs to individual needs, and collaborate with the Rehab Director to ensure high-quality care across settings.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Masters degree in Physical Therapy; or Masters in PT related field with a Bachelors in PT; or Bachelors in PT plus 5 years of PT experience.
• Foreign PT degree must be evaluated for U.S. equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to patients in the facility.
• Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence.
• Collaborate with the Director of Rehab and a multidisciplinary team.

As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will assess patient needs, develop their recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.

Qualifications

1. They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
2. They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
3. They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
4. They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Salary Range

USD $45.00 - USD $55.00 /Hr.
