Job summary

Powerback in Connecticut is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-facility rehab team. You will assess patients, create recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to diverse populations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the Director of Rehab and offers ongoing mentorship, CEUs, and US visa sponsorship/relocation support where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the practice state.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent combination.
• Licensed pro with eligibility to practice in the US; licensure verification required.
• Foreign degree must be evaluated for US equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy and monitor progress.

As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will assess patient needs, develop their recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.

Qualifications

1. They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
2. They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
3. They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
4. They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Salary Range

USD $45.00 - USD $55.00 /Hr.
