Job summary

Broad River Rehab in West Salem, WI is hiring a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. The role offers a $5K sign-on bonus with hourly pay starting at $42–$52/hr, with full-time 30–40 hours per week and PRN options.

New grads are welcome to apply and grow with our mentorship program. Evaluations and treatments follow physician orders, using a variety of PT procedures and assistive devices to maximize residents' functional potential and quality

Qualifications

• Must hold a Physical Therapy license in the state of employment.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent.
• Strong clinical skills and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents under physician orders, utilizing a range of physical therapy procedures.
• Use assistive devices and modalities to maximize functional potential for residents.
• Collaborate with the care team to support resident goals and discharge planning.

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician, using a variety of physical therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident’s life.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy license in state of employment
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
