Broad River Rehab in West Salem, WI is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. You will evaluate and treat residents under physician orders, using a range of PT procedures and assistive devices to maximize functional potential in daily life. We offer a $5K sign-on bonus and hourly rates starting at $42–$52/hr.

Full-time 30–40 hours per week (PRN also available). New grads are welcome.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of employment.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.

• Evaluate and treat residents under orders from a physician using a variety of physical therapeutic procedures and assistive devices to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident's life.
