Broad River Rehab in Sparta, WI is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. This position offers full-time hours with a $5,000 bonus and hourly rates ranging from $42 to $52, depending on experience.

We also have a flexible part-time option and a strong mentorship program for new grads. You will evaluate and treat residents under physician orders, using PT techniques to maximize functional potential across daily life activities.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice physical therapy in Wisconsin (state of employment).
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.

Job description

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Sparta, WI Skilled Nursing Facility.

• Full-Time - $5,000 Bonus + Hourly Rates at $42-52/hr *Offer Based on experience and qualifying interview*


• Full-Time 30-40 Hours/Week. SPLIT coverage at Rolling Hills in Sparta + Tomah Nursing and Rehab. Drive time and mileage between buildings!


• Part-Time - Flexible Schedule with Consistency at 15-20 Hrs/Week at either/or location! PRN Also available! What are you looking for?

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician, using a variety of physical therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident’s life.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy license in state of employment


• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
