Job summary

The Mental Health Association of Rochester seeks a Physical Therapist to provide direct rehabilitation care within a skilled nursing facility, focusing on long-term support and short-term rehabilitation for diverse patient populations.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT).
• Valid license or registration in the applicable state, maintained in good standing.
• Preferred one year of post-acute care experience; CPR certification current.
