Job summary

Rock Health in Scottsdale seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide direct rehabilitation care based on physician referrals. You will implement treatment plans, supervise PTAs and aides, and collaborate with families and staff to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT).
• Active licensure in the applicable state.
• Preferred: at least one year of experience; new grads are welcome.
• CPR certification, obtained prior to or during orientation, and maintained throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Implement and adjust treatment plans to meet patient goals.
• Assess and oversee care provided by PTAs, rehab aides, and students.
• Coordinate with patients, families, and support staff to plan care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and utilize therapy software effectively.
• Participate in community health initiatives as appropriate.
• Ensure safety, confidentiality, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Demonstrate professionalism, good body mechanics, and excellent customer service.
• Engage in interdisciplinary communication and teamwork.
• Assist in emergency procedures and maintain dependable attendance.
