Position Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will deliver exceptional patient care, perform evaluations, and develop treatment plans for outpatient conditions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat outpatient conditions in consultation with physicians.
  • Perform evaluations under direct access when appropriate.
  • Apply therapeutic exercises, modalities, manual therapy, and other treatments in accordance with state practice laws.
  • Use therapy services ethically and lawfully.
  • Document patient care according to guidelines.
  • Supervise a Physical Therapist Assistant if required.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule based on clinic needs.
  • Ensure a safe environment for all.
  • Participate in continuing education and share knowledge with staff and community.
  • Engage in outreach and community events as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program; Bachelor's degree required, Master's or Doctorate preferred.
  • Active Washington state license in Physical Therapy or in process.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
  • Complete required training.
  • Comply with applicable laws (HIPAA, Stark, OSHA, employment laws).
  • Maintain reliable attendance.
  • Work in various clinic environments during business hours.
  • Travel within the clinic or facility as needed.
  • Lift and carry up to 40 pounds occasionally.
  • Work under stressful conditions or irregular hours as necessary.
