Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and assist in their recovery, including instructing nursing staff and families on follow-through programs
• Communicate patient progress or issues to supervisors and team members; assist with scheduling and post charges
• Document patient care in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
• Instruct families and nursing staff on follow-up care
• Maintain equipment and work area safety and cleanliness
• Adhere to the Company's Code of Conduct, compliance standards, professional standards, and legal requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Strong organizational and communication skills
