LTC Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join the rehab team at Bear Mountain of Sudbury. You'll work with residents on the movement skills that support their recovery, building treatment around where they are now and what they want to achieve next.

What You'll Do

• Address mobility, balance, strength, and fall prevention
• Measure progress and adjust treatment as residents' needs change
• Share recommendations with nursing, families, and the broader care team
