Job summary

LTC Therapy Services in Greenfield, MA is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. This full-time position offers compensation of $45–$50 per hour and benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), and paid time off.

You will evaluate residents, develop individualized PT plans, and help improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence. New graduates are welcome to apply and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Massachusetts Physical Therapist.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized PT plans of care.
• Provide skilled treatment focused on strength, balance, gait, transfers, endurance, and mobility.
• Establish functional goals and monitor resident progress.
• Adjust treatment plans based on clinical needs and response to therapy.
• Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safe mobility strategies.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with PTAs, nursing staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.

What You'll Do
