Job summary

LTC Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join the Blackstone Valley Health & Rehabilitation team in Whitinsville, MA. This full-time role focuses on improving residents' mobility, balance, and independence in a skilled nursing setting. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver targeted therapy sessions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals.
• Provide therapy services focused on mobility, gait training, transfers, balance, strengthening, endurance, and pain management.
• Collaborate with PTA staff, nursing, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate resident care.

• Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.

LTC Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team at Blackstone Valley Health & Rehabilitation. This position offers the opportunity to work with residents in a skilled nursing setting while helping them improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall quality of life.

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals
