Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility assignment. You will deliver PT treatments, assess progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive environment.

We welcome new grads and experienced PTs; contracts include 13 weeks with extension or permanent placement options, with weekly pay and housing/travel stipends for travelers.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy License in the state of employment (or ability to obtain)
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Current TB test/results
• Current physical stating fit for duty (within past year)

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients with a variety of conditions
• Assess and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and functional goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
