Job summary

InHome Therapy is hiring licensed physical therapists to serve adult and geriatric patients at their homes around Humble and Houston. Full-Time or Part-Time positions offer a flexible schedule, consistent caseload, mileage reimbursement, and practical tools to reduce windshield time.

Responsibilities include delivering in-home PT, evaluating mobility and function, implementing rehab programs, educating patients and families, and maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided).

• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals.
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.

• IHT PT Clinical Excellence Bonus - earn additional weekly pay based on visit complexity and volume
• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $80 to $85 per visit

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
