InHome Therapy is seeking licensed physical therapists to provide in-home care for adults and seniors in Magnolia and surrounding Houston areas. You will manage a flexible schedule, maintain a consistent patient caseload, and work with a supportive team.

The role offers per-visit compensation, mileage reimbursement, and provided tablets/EMR access, with paid training and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active PT license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Familiar with EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community.
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals.
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.

InHome Therapy is hiring Full-Time or Part-Time licensed home care Physical Therapist (PT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Magnolia and Houston. • IHT PT Clinical Excellence Bonus - earn additional weekly pay based on visit complexity and volume
• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $80 to $85 per visit

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
