Job summary

Broad River Rehab in Cheviot, OH seeks a Physical Therapist to join a Skilled Nursing Facility. The role offers a new hourly rate of $43-48/hr, full-time coverage across two locations, and a 3/2 schedule with minimal daily travel between Terrace View Gardens and Home at Hearthstone.

PRN also available; licensure in state; Bachelor's degree required; benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, licensure reimbursement, CEUs, and a strong new-grad mentorship program.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in the state of employment.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents under physician orders.
• Use physical therapy procedures and assistive devices to maximize functional potential.
• Contribute to care planning and documentation for residents.

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Cheviot, OH (45211) Skilled Nursing Facility.

• New Hourly Rates! $43-48/hr *Offer Based on Experience and Qualifying Interview
• Full-Time, Shared Coverage at BOTH Terrace View Gardens + Home at Hearthstone
• Flexible Schedule! 3/2 Split with minimal travel between locations daily. Travel Reimbursement included if traveling between both in the same day.

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician, using a variety of physical therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident's life.

Qualifications:

• Physical Therapy license in state of employment
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
