Job summary

Powerback Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our Genesis Healthcare partner team at St Anthony HC and Rehab. You will assess patient needs, design recovery plans, and deliver compassionate therapy in an in-facility setting.

Must hold a valid PT license and relevant degrees; experience and cross-state licensure may apply. We offer a referral bonus program and a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Qualifications

• 1. They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
• 2. They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• 3. They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• 4. They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.

Posted Salary Range
