• Implement and modify treatment plans, establish measurable goals, and evaluate patient progress.
• Oversee and assess care provided by PTA, rehab aides, and students.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and utilize therapy software effectively.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and support staff to meet patient needs.
• Participate in community health initiatives as appropriate.
• Ensure patient safety, uphold confidentiality, and adhere to policies including safety and compliance standards.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service.
• Support team functions, including evacuation procedures and interdisciplinary communication.
