Scotch Plains at Autumn Lake – Scotch Plains, NJ – $45–$50/hour

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are looking for a motivated clinician who enjoys helping residents improve mobility, restore function, and achieve meaningful recovery goals through personalized therapy care.

What You'll Do:

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide treatment focused on gait training, strength, balance, endurance, mobility, and fall prevention
• Work with residents recovering from orthopedic, neurological, and post-acute conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing teams to coordinate patient care
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation
