Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You is seeking a Physical Therapist to join in-facility care. You will assess patients, develop individualized plans, and deliver physical therapy across various settings. The team emphasizes patient-centered outcomes and collaboration with rehab leadership.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of eligibility.

• If earned outside the U.S., degree must be evaluated as U.S. equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to patients in facility settings.
• Collaborate with rehab team and report to Director of Rehab.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and safety.
• Contribute to patient-centered care and outcomes.

Qualifications

1. They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
2. They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
3. They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
4. They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Posted Salary Range

USD $40.00 - USD $53.00 /Hr.
