Job summary

HealthPro Heritage is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist to work in a senior living community at Sunrise of Huntcliff Summit II in Sandy Springs, GA. This role offers the chance to expand skills and contribute to high-quality care in a welcoming setting.

The position features flexible scheduling (15-20 hours per week) with a competitive hourly rate and opportunities to collaborate with a supportive rehab team across diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or license eligible.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills; ability to develop effective treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to lift and assist patients and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and flexibility.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatments to improve function and reduce pain; educate patients and families.
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.
