Position Summary:

The primary purpose of this role is to help patients regain optimal physical function and achieve their therapy goals, following all health, sanitary, and infection control policies, and maintaining standards set by the community’s administration and policies.

Education & Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Current and valid state license
  • Screen and evaluate residents to determine physical therapy needs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in consultation with facility staff
  • Communicate evaluation results and treatment objectives to caregivers, family, and residents
  • Complete all required documentation promptly
  • Implement and monitor treatment plans, adjusting as needed
  • Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehab Aides

Experience:

  • Previous experience in long-term care preferred but not required

Shift and Wage:

  • Full-Time Opportunities
