Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join Signature Rehab. You will work within an integrated care model alongside other clinicians to help residents recover and return to daily activities.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and a valid state license. Our benefits package and Signature Perks support your health, wealth, and well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited program of physical therapy, culminating in a minimum of a Bachelor's of Science Degree.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Rehabilitative therapist works closely with other clinical caregivers to ensure residents/patients make a full recovery and timely return to activities.
• Provide physical therapy services to Signature Rehab residents and outpatient clients as part of an integrated care team.
