Signature HealthCARE, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist to join Signature Rehab. The role supports rehabilitation services across Signature HealthCARE nursing homes nationwide, including outpatient care.

Requirements include a accredited degree in physical therapy and a valid PT license in the state of practice. PRN with consistent hours is now hiring. A comprehensive benefits package is provided to staff.

• Graduate of accredited program of physical therapy, culminating in a minimum of a Bachelor's of Science Degree.
• A Valid Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitation services to residents and patients.
