Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in Memphis. You will provide PT services to residents and outpatients, collaborating with the care team to ensure full recovery and timely return to activities.

Requirements include a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and a valid PT license in the state. This role supports Signature Rehab’s mission across Signature HealthCARE facilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited program of physical therapy, culminating in a minimum of a Bachelor's of Science Degree.
• A Valid Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents and outpatients.
• Collaborate with the clinical care team to support recovery and timely return to activities.
• Maintain licensure and accurate documentation of patient progress.
