Job summary

Powerback is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-facility team in North Carolina. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver high-quality therapy across settings to help patients regain function.

You will collaborate with the Rehabilitation team, mentor colleagues, and support continuity of care. A valid NC PT license and required degrees are essential; experience and dedication to improving lives are valued.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Master's degree in a PT-related field with a PT Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years of PT experience.
• Foreign PT degree must be evaluated as US equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to patients.
• Collaborate with care team and refer when needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.
• Report to the Director of Rehab.

As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will assess patient needs, develop their recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.

Qualifications

1. They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
2. They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
3. They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
4. They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Posted Salary Range

USD $57.00 - USD $57.00 /Hr.
