Job summary

Lovelace UNM Rehabilitation Hospital in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a day shift, full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to provide comprehensive therapy services to patients with a range of conditions. A sign-on bonus of $15,000 is available for qualified candidates and you will join a team dedicated to delivering high-quality rehabilitation care.

Responsibilities include planning and delivering prescribed PT treatments while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Licensure or licensure eligible in Physical Therapy in the State of NM.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• One year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for individuals with developmental, physical, cognitive, and/or emotional impairments, disabilities, and/or handicaps to assist in reaching optimal function within their physical limitations.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.

Education

Current Licensure or licensure eligible in Physical Therapy in the State of NM
