Job summary

Beaufont Health & Rehabilitation Center in Richmond, Virginia is seeking a caring Physical Therapist licensed in Virginia or a graduate actively working toward licensure. Our in-house rehab team provides skilled PT in a state-of-the-art gym to help residents regain independence and return home.

You will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, secure physician approvals, participate in discharge planning, and supervise staff to ensure quality care and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Virginia Physical Therapy License or actively pursuing licensure
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Evaluates residents and develops treatment plans

Screens residents for potential benefit from PT intervention.
