Job summary

HealthPro Heritage at The Cypress of Raleigh seeks a passionate full-time Physical Therapist (PT) or Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team on a caring, patient-centered campus. We offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus and PT pay in the high $40s per hour, based on experience.

Full-time opportunities are available, with additional part-time and PRN roles as needed across nursing facilities, retirement communities, hospitals, home care, schools, and clinics.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or license eligible.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Physical requirements: ability to lift and assist patients and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Patient assessment: evaluate patients' mobility, strength, and function.
• Treatment and education: provide exercises, manual therapy, and educate patients and families on home routines and body mechanics.
• Documentation: maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and plans per standards.
• Collaboration: work with healthcare providers and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and assist patients as needed. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to therapy.
