Job summary

LTC Therapy Services in Quincy, MA is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team in a full-time role. The position focuses on evaluating residents and delivering individualized therapy to improve mobility and independence in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting.

You will collaborate with PTAs, OTs, COTAs, SLPs, and nursing staff, maintain thorough documentation, and contribute to residents' strength, balance, and endurance. Massachusetts licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Provide skilled interventions focused on strength, balance, gait, transfers, mobility, and endurance.
• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safe mobility strategies.
• Collaborate with PTAs, OTs, COTAs, SLPs, nursing, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

LTC Therapy Services is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team in Quincy. This is an excellent opportunity to provide individualized care while helping residents improve mobility, strength, and functional independence in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
