Job summary

About Kids and Adults Too Home Health Care in Pueblo is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist for pediatric and/or adult home health visits. You will perform evaluation and treatment in patients' homes throughout Pueblo and surrounding communities, with autonomy and strong clinical support.

We offer flexible scheduling, no minimum caseload, and options for part-time, full-time, or PRN work, plus benefits including PTO, holidays, health coverage, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• DPT or graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Colorado Physical Therapy license (required by start date).
• Training Provided/New Grads Welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation and treatment services in patients' homes throughout Pueblo.
• Maintain a flexible schedule based on availability.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to support patient goals.
• Deliver pediatric and/or adult home health care with autonomy and clinical support.
