• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Colorado Physical Therapy license (required by start date).

As a PT, you'll provide evaluation and treatment services in patients' homes throughout Pueblo and surrounding communities while maintaining the flexibility to build a schedule that works for you.
