Job summary

The Center at Park West in Pueblo, CO is actively seeking licensed Physical Therapists. The role focuses on identifying patient goals, providing evidence-based treatments to improve mobility, and developing individualized care plans to maximize functional outcomes.

We offer a $4,000 sign-on bonus, continuing education opportunities, and multiple shift options including FT, part-time, or PRN. Pay is commensurate with experience and location, with a supportive, physician-driven care environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Active/licensed PT in the state is required.
• CPR certification is required or current.

Responsibilities

• Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs.
• Provide evidence-based, cost-effective treatments to improve motion and mobility.
• Develop and implement care plans using various techniques.
• Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ needs.

Primary Responsibilities and Job Duties:

• Physical Therapists identify and meet patients’ goals and needs
• Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve clients’ motion and mobility
• Reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery
• Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
• Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needs
• Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
• Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally
• PTs promote clients’ healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
• Consult and practice with other health professionals
• Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress
• Document patient care services
