Job summary

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Plainwell, MI Skilled Nursing Facility. Part-Time, Flexible Schedule – 12‑15 Hours Per Week, Average – 2‑3 Days Per Week. New Grads Welcome with a great mentorship program.

You will evaluate residents and treat under physician orders, employing various physical therapy procedures and devices to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident’s life. Licensure in the state is required and a degree in PT is expected.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of employment.
• Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate) from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and plan/implement physical therapy treatments.
• Provide therapy using therapeutic procedures and assistive devices.
• Work under physician orders to maximize residents' functional potential.

Education
