Job summary

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Ponca City, OK Skilled Nursing Facilities. The PT will evaluate and treat residents under physician orders, using a variety of physical therapy procedures and assistive devices to maximize functional potential across daily living activities.

Licensed PT in the state is required. New grads are welcome and will have access to a robust mentorship program and competitive benefits, including health/dental/vision options and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must hold a Physical Therapy license in the state of employment.
• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents under physician orders using a variety of physical therapeutic procedures and assistive devices.
• Help maximize residents' functional potential in all areas of daily life.

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician, using a variety of physical therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident's life.

Qualifications:

• Physical Therapy license in state of employment
• Bachelor's, Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
