Signature HealthCARE's Signature Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team. In an integrated care model, you will help residents and patients achieve full recovery and timely return to daily activities.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited PT program with a Bachelor’s of Science degree and a valid Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered. Now hiring PRN with consistent hours.

• Graduate of accredited program of physical therapy, culminating in a minimum of a Bachelor's of Science Degree
• A Valid Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
