Role Responsibilities

1. Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and assist in patient recovery. Instruct nursing staff and families on follow-up programs to sustain progress.
2. Communicate patient progress and issues with team members; assist with scheduling and daily documentation.
3. Document patient care in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
4. Instruct families and nursing staff on follow-through programs.
5. Maintain equipment and work area safety and cleanliness.
6. Adhere to the company's Code of Business Conduct, compliance policies, professional standards, and applicable laws.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Strong organizational and communication skills
