Job summary

Networks Connect Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic. You will provide direct patient care in outpatient orthopedics, evaluate histories and functional capabilities, and design treatment plans per physician orders.

Responsibilities include patient education, documentation, and ongoing condition updates; supervision of a Physical Therapy Assistant/Aide; and 1:1 patient scheduling with 45-minute sessions.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or actively in the application process.
• Current CPR certification.
• Relocation assistance available for specific positions.

Responsibilities

• The Physical Therapist provides direct patient care in outpatient orthopedics and evaluates patient history, functional capabilities, and restrictions.
• Establishes and administers treatment programs with goals defined by patient capacity and physician orders.

Responsibilities

• The Physical Therapist must be dedicated to achieving the highest quality of care optimizing superior clinical outcomes
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics physical therapy preferred / clinical rotations acceptable
• Physical Therapist must be able to provide direct patient care, evaluate patients case history, functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions to determine the patients potential for rehabilitation
• Physical therapist will establish and administer treatment programs with specific goals defined by the patient capacity and tolerance and in accordance with physician orders
• Physical therapist will Educate patient, document and record the patients condition and provide continuing updates on patient condition
• Supervise physical therapy assistant/Aide

Requirements
