Job summary

Puget Sound Care in Olympia, WA is hiring a Physical Therapist for a full-time position at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. You will provide professional clinical services and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Washington PT license in good standing.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Specialize in hand therapy, ergonomics, functional capacity evaluation, polytrauma, TBI, spinal cord injury, geriatrics, mental health, driver rehabilitation, or home health care.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional clinical services.
• Carry out education and training activities, clinical consultation, supervision, and administration.
• Apply a wide range of theories, principles, and methodologies of physical therapy.

Position: Physical Therapist

Shift: Full-Time

Pay Range: $60.00 - $65.00/hr

Location: Puget Sound Care, 4001 Capital Mall Dr SW, Olympia, WA 98502

What you will do:

• Provide professional clinical services
• Carry out education and training activities, clinical consultation, supervision, and administration
• Demonstrate professional knowledge and skills in applying a wide range of theories, principles, and methodologies of occupational therapy
• Collaborate with other members of the Interdisciplinary treatment teams

Must have:

• Must have valid Washington PT license that is in good standing
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
• Specialize in content areas such as hand specialty ergonomics, blind/visual rehabilitation assistance technology, functional capacity examination, polytrauma, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, geriatrics, mental health, driver rehabilitation, home based primary care, etc.
