Job summary

Powerback is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-facility care. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to help patients regain function, within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or Master's in a PT-related field with a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years progressive PT experience.
• Foreign PT degree must be evaluated to US equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Provide therapy to help patients regain function and improve mobility.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and safety.
• Collaborate with rehab leadership and clinical team to optimize outcomes.

As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will assess patient needs, develop their recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.

You are equally adept at addressing the whole patient and seeing them as an individual. You know your goal is the design of a program that will restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities.

Qualifications

1. They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
2. They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
3. They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
4. They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Salary

USD $41.18 - $43.90 per hour.
