Job description

Join to apply for the Physical Therapist (PT) role at Summit Home Health Care.

Summit Home Health Care is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide outpatient therapy to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in home-based or group home settings. The growing DDD department has immediate per diem shifts available in Monmouth and Ocean Counties for PTs, OTs, and SLPs.

Job Requirements

1. Licensed or eligible for New Jersey state licensure as a Physical Therapist
2. Provide a comprehensive treatment plan including goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities
3. Demonstrate professionalism, trustworthiness, accuracy, and dependability
4. Show passion and enthusiasm to provide creative evidence-based care
5. All new hires, including new graduates, will be supported and mentored

Pay: $80 an hour
