Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join Signature Rehab. You will provide rehabilitative therapy to residents of our skilled nursing facilities and coordinate with the care team to ensure patients achieve full recovery and return to activity.

Under Signature Rehab’s integrated care model, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care, uphold best practices, and support residents’ quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative therapy to residents and patients to promote full recovery.
• Collaborate with other clinicians to ensure timely return to daily activities and functional independence.

What you Need to make a Difference

We are recruiting for a Physical Therapist to join our team. Requirements for consideration include:

• Graduate of accredited program of physical therapy, culminating in a minimum of a Bachelor's of Science Degree
• A Valid Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
